Rev Eu Hong Seng

Rev Dr Eu Hong Seng, the Senior Pastor of Full Gospel Tabernacle (FGT), Malaysia, and oversees all the daughter churches in Malaysia and overseas. He is the Vice Chairman of the Christian Federation of Malaysia (CFM) which represents approximately 95% of the Christians in Malaysia viz the Roman Catholic Church, the National Evangelical Christian Fellowship of Malaysia, and the Council of Churches of Malaysia. He is also the Chairman of the National Evangelical Christian Fellowship, a member of the World Evangelical Alliance, Chairman of the Evangelical Charismatic Churches of Malaysia, Chairman of Tung Ling Seminary Malaysia and board member of Tung Ling Bible School, Singapore. He is also qualified as a Certified Public Accountant and is married to Gaik Sim. They have two married daughters and 3 grandchildren.

Rev Ron Hee

Rev Ron is the current Principal of Tung Ling Seminary. He was formerly the Senior Pastor of New Life Restoration Centre in PJ, and now serves as Group Pastor (Connect), assisting the Group Senior Pastor in the oversight of the group of New Life churches. He has a degree in Materials Engineering from Monash University, Australia and a Master of Ministry from Malaysia Bible Seminary. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Ministry with the Alliance Graduate School of Theology (AGST). He helps to oversee the Evangelical Charismatic Churches of Malaysia (ECCM), and is also the president of Sri Eden, an NGO that cares for children with learning disabilities. He and his wife, Grace have a passion to mentor men and women to manifest God’s glory at every level of society. They have two grown-up children and two grandchildren.

Rev Paul Mahendran

Rev Paul is Dean of Students and Studies (English) of Tung Ling Seminary. He holds an Advanced Diploma of Theology from Riverview Bible College, Perth, Australia and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology from Murdoch University, Western Australia. While studying in Australia, God had laid a burden in Paul’s heart to train men and women of God in the region of South East Asia for the end-time harvest. It is his passion to raise up workers who are strong in the Word of God. Rev Paul is also the lead pastor of Eternal Harvest Church.

Rev Jagadeesan Kalyanakumar

Rev. Kalyanakumar is an Indian national and is married to a, Jessie, a Malaysian. They have two children, Jeanette Nithyaa and Jayden Nithish. He graduated from Tung Ling Bible College, Singapore in the year 1993. After working with the Indian migrant workers for 7 years in Singapore, he returned to his home country India in 1998. He pioneered Harvest Apostolic Ministries and has trained more than 1000 church planters and planted more than 300 churches. He is the Principal of Evangelical Theological Seminary, Tung Ling Seminary’s Tamil Faculty.

Rev Chan Theam Lai

Rev Chan serves as Dean of Tung Ling Seminary in Ipoh. His passion is to explore strategies for Church Growth and to encourage God’s people to respond to His calling upon their lives. Married to Lye Hoon, they have a son and a daughter.

Rev Paul Huang

Rev Huang, a qualified mechanical engineer and a theological master degree holder, together with his wife, Cindy, previously a university lecturer, went through an exciting 17 years of pastoring and church planting experiences both locally and overseas. They are actively involved in the "Back to Jerusalem" movement. Their desire is to see many strong world-view Chinese churches being pioneered and vast indigenous frontier missions being reached along the Spice Road. Rev. Huang operates through his spiritual giftings when he preaches and teaches. He is also the Dean (Chinese). They have four children who serve the Lord alongside their parents.

Rev Subashini Achari

Rev. Subashini Achari is a Pastor of a church which she pioneered in 2008. She is passionate about equipping leaders on the practical skills of evangelism, personal leadership development, cell ministries, discipleship and mentoring. She also working among the poor and needy communities, including mentoring a group of HIV youthsShe has a Bachelor's Degree in Ministry from Tung Ling Seminary Malaysia and holds a postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. She is the National Coordinator for Faith Comes By Hearing Malaysia. She serves as the Dean of Tamil Department at Tung Ling Seminary. She is the first woman to be in the Board of Tamil Commission of National Evangelical Christian Fellowship (NECF) Malaysia. Blissfully married since 1985, she and husband, Nicolas Rene are blessed with four children.

Lecturers (English)

Rev Alan Tan

Rev Alan, is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God Malaysia (AOG). He has been in ministry since 1982, pastoring churches in Kota Baru, Kelantan and Klang, Selangor. He currently pastors Harvest Christian Assembly, a multi-lingual congregational church in Klang which he pioneered in August 1996. Rev Alan also gives oversight to two churches which are under the spiritual covering of the church. He serves in the Inter-Denomination Group called Kingdom of God Malaysia (KOG), a Christian group of about 20 churches seeking to mutually encourage smaller churches. He and his wife, Lai Forng, are blessed with three children who have also blessed them with grandchildren. Together, they are loving and serving the Lord in their own capacity.

Rev Alvin Tan

Alvin Tan (BMin, MAPT) is lead pastor of High Praise Ministries, a dynamic church located in the heart of Subang Jaya. He is a very gifted pianist and worship leader. Prior to being a pastor, he served as a Music Director in a para-church Creative & Music Ministry, He also had the privilege of serving as Worship leader, Worship Team Coordinator and Musician in many National Rallies and Conferences; having the opportunity to work with people like Larry Lea, Bob Weiner, Reinhard Bonkke, Morris Cerullo, Claudio Friedzon, Sergio Scataglini, Carlos Annacondia, John Bevere, Roberts Liardon, Tom Inglis, Jerome Ocampo and many others. He has had the privilege of ministering throughout Malaysia and overseas like Nepal, Philippines, Myanmar, and Mexico. Alvin is an alumnus of Tung Ling Seminary. He is married to Lynda and they have a beautiful girl, Chantel.

Rev Kindah Greening

Rev Kindah is the Founder and was Senior Minister of King’s Christian Centre in Gold Coast, Australia. He has pastored for over 50 years, fathered several churches and traveled worldwide ministering in international crusades, conventions, ministers’ conferences and conducted large healing crusades because of his prophetic-teaching mantle. He also lectures on 'Pneumatology' and as founder of 'Healing Hurting Hearts', has conducted many 'Coping with Grief and Crisis' seminars. Today he is also Chairman Emeritus and Ambassador for King's Christian College. He is a family man, married to Joan.

Dr Ashley Crane

Dr Ashley Crane is a leading scholar and teacher (Ph.D Murdoch University), ministering in Australia, Asia, and the USA, in churches, conferences and seminars. He is zealous to see people fully trained and flowing in both the Word and the power of the Holy Spirit, and to “equip the 95% of a church that will never go to Bible College”.Dr Crane has been in ministry for 39 years, and has pastored 5 cross-cultural churches in Israel, the USA, and Australia. Ashley was the Principal and CEO of Harvest West Bible College for 18 years. He is currently the Vice President of Celebrate Messiah. Ashley had an amazing marriage with Debbie for 36.5 years until she was promoted to glory in December 2016. They have 2 sons and 1 daughter-in-law. Recently, God has opened new doors and Ashley married Anna and now lives in Melbourne. Ashley’s hobbies include fixing and riding motorcycles.

Rev C Paul

Rev C Paul graduated from Seminary Theology Malaysia with a Bachelor of Divinity. He was formerly with the Methodist Church. He has been ministering as a pastor for the past 31 years before the call for him to pioneer Tabernacle of Christ, Johor in the year 2004. Rev C Paul is a well sought after speaker and teacher and he is well respected among pastors, more so the Tamil speaking churches. He is married to Rachel and they have a son Nehemiah who is also a pastor.

Dr Colin Hurt

Dr. Colin Hurt has been in ministry for more than 55 years which includes pastoral experience with the Assemblies of God (AOG) in England and USA, lecturer at the AOG Bible College in UK, missionary service in West Malaysia, missionary work all over 5he world and setting up the Church Planting Institute in Cambodia. He is married to Julia and they have 4 children, 5 grandchildren and 5 great grand children.

Rev Elisha Satvinder

Rev Elisha is an ordained minister from Mannahouse Church (formerly City Bible Church), Portland, USA after being trained at Portland Bible College . He is now the Senior Pastor of New Covenant Community in Sentul, which he and his wife Petrina pioneered in 1995. They have set up a school and now run by a foundation called Dignity for Children Foundation (www.dignityforchildren.org), that provides quality care and education to over 1700 underprivileged children from KL and beyond. Anointed in the exegesis of Scriptures and combined with the gift in the area of the prophetic, Rev Elisha's passion for nation transformation and raising the next generation has taken him to many Western and Asian countries to speak and lecture, especially on Scriptural injunctions on serving the poor. Rev Elisha and Petrina have 2 lovely girls, Davina and Hannah.

Dr Lalith Mendis

Dr Lalith & Hiranthi Mendis pioneered Gospel Ministries of Sri Lanka when they were called by the Lord, respectively, from a career in Medicine & Law. They are senior ministers of the apostolic movement overseeing the work of 70 assemblies island wide. They have met with & ministered to five Heads of State in Sri Lanka. Dr Lalith Mendis topped his batch on his graduation from Colombo Medical Faculty in 1976. Dr Lalith Mendis is the Founder Director of the Empathic Learning Centre, He has researched the effect of digital overuse on children & youth and developed empathic therapies to reverse inattention, impulsivity & hyperactivity. Dr Lalith is the author of many books including Parenting in a Digital Age, Prayer Governance of Nations and many more. Together with Hiranthi, they have ministered in UK, USA, Germany, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, India, Malaysia, Singapore.

Rev Les Wheeldon

Rev Les was called into full-time ministry in 1979 and was ordained by a German missionary society. He and his wife, Vicki, pioneered a ministry in Cameroon, West Africa which saw the Lord’s blessings in the formation of a church that is still actively growing today. Rev Les and his wife served the Lord for eight years in Cameroon. He has also pastored several churches in the United Kingdom and has been involved in preaching and teaching God’s word in Africa, Europe and over recent years in Siberia and the Canadian Arctic. He currently lives in London, UK.

Dr Mark Chan

Dr Mark Chan has worked in the fields of information and communications technology (ICT) and computers for 20 years. He is the current global Director (Asia) of an international missions organisation in Europe, heading teams in Asia and beyond. He has been involved in full-time ministry since 2001, evangelising and discipling new believers. He also coaches, mentors, equips and trains the international and local Malaysian body of Christ and global churches in ministry and missional leadership. An international faculty for leadership institutions like the Haggai Institute, Dr Mark is also adjunct faculty for theological schools in Asia and Malaysia. Mark Chan holds a Masters of Theology (MTh) degree from Mattersey Hall and Bangor University, Wales in the United Kingdom, and a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) in Strategic Leadership from Faith Evangelical Lutheran Seminary and Faith International University, Tacoma, USA. Dr Mark is a member of the Community Baptist Church, Petaling Jaya.

Dr Michael O’Neil

BTh, MTh (Hons), PhD (Murdoch University), Cert IV TAE Dr Michael is the director of Vose Research and head of the Christian Thought Department. He has studied at, and been an active member of Vose since the late 1990s. Before commencing at Vose, he served in various churches large and small for twenty years, in team pastor, sole pastor, and senior minister roles. His first book was published in 2013, Church as Moral Community: Karl Barth’s Vision of Christian Life, 1915-1922 (Milton Keynes: Paternoster, Kindle or hardcopy)

Rev Ng Wah Lok

Rev Wah Lok served as Principal of Tung Ling Seminary from 1999-2019. He is a pioneer member of Full Gospel Tabernacle (FGT) birthed in 1981 and pastors a branch, FGT Sri Damansara since 1992. Rev Wah Lok is a gifted songwriter with more than 100 songs to his credit. He has released 3 albums, Every Time I Pray (2001), Shining Stars (2002) and Messiah King (2007). He is also Vice President of Malaysian Gospel Music (MGM). In 2001, he founded a worship website www.tabernaclemusic.net to feature Malaysian Gospel Music. His regular teaching topics include Music and Worship, How We got the Bible and the Book of Amos. He holds Masters Degrees in both Engineering and Theology.

Principal Ong Guek Ju

Principal Guek Ju has been serving as the Dean of the School of Ministry since 2003 and now, is also the Principal of Tung Ling Bible School, Singapore. She is a regular teacher and lecturer at churches, classrooms and conferences. She has taught in many church-related missions, Pastors’ Conferences and Bible Schools in Cambodia, Kazakhstan, India, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Myanmar and Vietnam. She speaks at Women’s Conferences and her passion is to encourage the younger generation to love and study the Word of God for themselves. Principal Guek Ju is a trained professional coach and adjunct faculty at the Haggai Institute for Advanced Leadership Training. She has written a book entitled “From Strength to Strength.”

Dr Peter Elliott

For the past 22 years, Dr Peter has been involved either part or full time lecturingin Bible and theological colleges with an emphasis on Church History. He was on staff at Riverview Leadership College for 10 years, Harvest West Bible College for 14 years and Vose Seminary for 9 years (for overlapping periods, and the last two roles as adjunct lecturer). Until recently, he was Dean of Studies at Perth Bible College and have held an Honorary Research Fellowship with Murdoch University since 2015. He is also an HDR Supervisor for Alphacrucis College and during 2019 was an adjunct lecturer at Sheridan College.

Dean Philip Ong

From a CEO of an international Ad Agency, Dean Philip is now the Dean of the School of Leadership at Tung Ling Bible School, Singapore. His calling has always revolved around business, church ministry and leadership. Having spent more than 30 years in the advertising business, he has always been passionate about using business as mission for the kingdom of God. In 1995, Dean Philip started an advertising company in Jakarta and at the same time, together with a group of believers, they started a local church - Jakarta International Christian Fellowship (JICF). On returning to Singapore in 2002, he became the founding chairman of Equipping Leaders for Asia (ELA), a non-profit organization challenging men to rise up as Spiritual Leaders. Having dealt with leaders and leadership pitfalls at different levels, Dean Philip felt a compelling need to teach about character formation. He had been teaching the subject of Character Formation since 2007 at Tung Ling Bible School.

Pastor Phua Seng Tiong

In 1995, Pastor Phua founded Sungai Way-Subang Methodist Church, Petaling Jaya. He had been a teacher and principal of government secondary schools for 31 years and retired in the year 2000. Presently he is retired and has passed the church to another pastor. Under his leadership, SSMC has become a dynamic church with a heart for missions. Pastor Phua and his church have been actively involved in mission work in countries like India, Bangladesh, Cambodia and Indonesia. He also serves as a board member of Tung Ling Seminary. He is married to Ai Swee, has two children and together as a family, they share a passion for missions.

Rev Sam Hari

Rev Sam accepted Christ at 23 years old in a life group meeting. In 1988, Sam joined Ps Martin Kumar in Penang church planting. In 2000, Ps Martin left to plant a church in Kuala Lumpur. Rev Sam was then appointed as senior pastor. Rev Sam’s main passion in ministry is missions, prophetic worship and the preaching and teaching of the Word of God. The Lord has also used him in delivering personal prophecies and speaking healing. In 2018, Rev Sam was elected as the Chairman of The Foursquare Gospel Church of Malaysia to serve in the church planting commission. He is now happily married and has been blessed with two daughters who are all actively serving in the ministry.

Elder Tan Beng Teong

Elder Tan is an elder with Community Baptist Church. He is married and has 3 sons. He is currently managing a Human Resource Development Center in Shah Alam. He teaches leadership principles and areas related to interpersonal relationship. His teaching techniques are very unique and effective. Elder Tan’s calling is to seek the Law of the Lord and to do it, to teach God’s word and oracles in Malaysia. His passion is to see useful management and leadership tools made available to churches and Christian leaders.

Rev Dr Tan Jin Huat

Dr Tan currently a Bible teacher at large, was theological lecturer and academic dean at both Malaysia Bible Seminary (MBS) and Seminari Theologi Malaysia (STM) with interests in New Testament, Homiletics and Malaysian Church History. He studied theology in the United Kingdom at Trinity College, Bristol, London School of Theology, University of Aberdeen and the Oxford Centre for Mission Studies. He is a retired ordained Anglican minister who had planted a church in Klang Valley and pastured a couple of churches in Kuala Lumpur. Among his publications are “Preacher, Prepare Yourself”, “Brookes, The British and Christianity in Sarawak’ and ‘Planting and Indigenous Church: The Case of the BEM.” He is married to King Shen and they have two adult children, Phoebe and Derek.

Rev Voon Yuen Woh

Yuen Woh is Evangelism Explosion International (EE) Continental Vice-President for Asia. He is one of the pioneer leaders of Full Gospel Tabernacle (FGT) in Malaysia and has been involved in pioneering new churches and developing leadership for those churches. Yuen Woh serves on the committee of the Evangelical and Charismatic Churches of Malaysia and chairs of one of the many Commissions within the National Evangelical Christian Fellowship of Malaysia. He is also one of the pioneers of the Seremban Pastors Fellowship. Prior to coming out into full-time Christian ministry in 1990, he had served as financial controller in an insurance company and as an audit supervisor in an international accounting firm. Yuen Woh is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Previously he was also a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bible Theology from the New Covenant International University (USA) and a Masters of Arts in Practical Theology from the University of Chester, (UK). He is married to Swee Leng and they have 3 adult daughters.

Rev. Dr. Philip Huan

Rev. Dr. Philip Huan has been in 2006 he founded a ministry for preaching, teaching and church consultancy--“ChurchLife!” (www.churchlife-resources.org). Through it, he has ministered to over 90 churches locally, as well as church- clusters in Thailand, Philippines, India and Laos. Philip has guided and coached Senior Pastors, Associate Pastors, Church Boards, Ministry Staff and Lay Leaders. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science (NUS), Masters of Divinity (Trinity Theological College) and a Doctorate of Ministry (Asbury Theological Seminary). He has authored books: “Enduring Church Growth—Issues on Discipleship, Leadership & Followership” (Armour Publishing), and “Navigating Pull-Back Effects—Leading Growing Churches through Cultural Resistances” (Word Editions). Philip is married to Jenni and they have 2 children, Abigayle (born 2000) and Keith (2005).

Rev Dr Allen Prosper B.Sc., Bed., M.Div., D.min

Seasoned Lead Pastor with more than twenty five years of experience of increasing responsibility in congregational and organizational leadership – Holding various responsibilities in Tamilnadu Assemblies of God organization. Committed to shepherding individuals in Christ, since the time of pioneering and planting a church in Pondicherry. Expertise in mentorship, pioneering and devising strategies for local church development, involving in church planting (seventy-seven churches) and missions for the past sixteen years (through pioneering/building/ financing), involving in travelling to various indigenous communities worldwide in a cross-cultural missional context, engaging in community transformations, and teaching in different capacities in various Bible schools and colleges.

Bro Shelton Johnson

Bro.Shelton Johnson holds a M.Div degree and he was a trained Science Teacher in Zambia, South Central Africa. Called by God, now he travels to various Bible schools and Discipleship Schools to teach, equip and train young men and women for God's Kingdom Purposes. Married to Grace and have just celebrated their 42nd Wedding anniversary. Their Children Sam and Anita are married and through them the Johnsons have 5 precious Grand children. All below 6 years.

Dr JR Rajan

Since completed his Doctorate in Ministry, with a focus to equip workers on-field and having successfully helped 2 organizations in equipping their staff over the last 4 years, he feels inclined to help many more individuals / organizations who are in need of such training on-field. He and his wife, Carmen both served with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) in central India for 18 years. They served in various leadership capacities while serving with that Mission, and in 2008 made a move to Bangalore), to take the training to the Churches, in response to calls to equip & disciple their leaders & believers, through a network called NEST. The focus is to kindle the passion afresh of those serving on-field, to keep them going the long-haul, so they continue with a renewed dedication, to see the work they started flourish and yield fruits. A lot of requests / invitations continue to pour-in for training, within India and other Asian countries. With the schedule now open, we are praying where to extend our help – so the ministry which started will continue flourish through proper training and nourishment. Come, partner with us in seeing this need addressed.

Dr. Arren Bennet Lawrence

Arren Bennet Lawrence, Ph.D., Asia Graduate School of Theology, Philippines, is Assistant Regional Secretary of Asia Theology Association. He is the author of Legalistic Nomism: A Socio-Rhetorical Reading of Paul’s Letter to the Galatians (ISPCK, 2015), Comparative Characterization in the Sermon on the Mount: Characterization of the Ideal Disciple (Wipf and Stock, 2017), and Approaches to the New Testament (SAIACS Press, 2018). His forthcoming writings include One Gospel, Many Cultures, An Asian Commentary on the Epistles of Thessalonians (Langham Press), and he is also editing Exploring the New Testament in Asia: Evangelical Perspectives (Langham Press).
